1. About Drimly
Drimly is a registered business based in Norway. We sell and ship products internationally through third-party fulfillment partners. By placing an order on getdrimly.com, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined on this page.

2. 30-Night Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Drimly mask. If you are not satisfied within 30 nights of receiving your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Email support@getdrimly.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- We will provide a return address
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Only one return per customer per order is accepted
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a condition that suggests misuse or intentional damage
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner around the world. Estimated delivery times:
United States: 4–7 business days
United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Australia: 4–6 business days
Rest of world: 4–8 business days
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Drimly is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, carrier disruptions, or any circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Your package is insured by us, and will get shipped again if you do not receive your order.
4. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Drimly is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate differences applied by your bank or card provider.
5. Product Disclaimer
The Drimly sleep mask is a consumer product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition including insomnia or sleep disorders. If you have a medical condition affecting your sleep, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
References to sleep improvement on our website are based on general customer feedback and publicly available research. Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability & Product Safety
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Drimly is not liable for any injury, harm, allergic reaction, skin irritation, discomfort, or any other physical or psychological effect arising from the use or misuse of our products
- Drimly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of sleep, medical costs, or any other losses arising from the purchase or use of our products
- Customers use our products at their own risk
- Our products are intended for use by adults in good health. If you have known allergies to foam, fabric, or elastic materials, discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question
- Nothing in this policy excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
7. Order Issues & Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with your order, contact us at support@getdrimly.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We commit to resolving all legitimate issues fairly and promptly.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide all relevant transaction records, correspondence, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Norway. By purchasing from Drimly, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any statutory consumer rights you may hold under the laws of your own country.
